Any thoughts on whether acupuncture is any good for pain relief – I thought it might be an occasional alternative for my step-father who has some pain management issues.

My mum has a great deal of back pain, as she broke her back several years ago. Acupuncture has been a great help to her and often gives her more relief than painkillers. It’s definitely worth a try!
